The WIPERAPP software is fully compliant with the Purge and Clear standards described in the NIST 800-88 rev.1 (December 2014) document, which is the newest international standard for data erasure.

WIPERAPP supports Purge methods like: Security Enhanced Erase, Block Erase, Crypto Scramble Erase

randoms - pseudo-random 8 characters string

random - random number from 0x00 to 0xFF range

complement - binary negation of previous pass number

complements - binary negation of previous pass string

Operator also can select custom media overwrite method, select number of passes (1-16 passes) and overwrite pattern (0x00, 0xFF, random)
